I'm a 19 year old girl who doesn't know what to do in life right now. In 2 years, I'll be graduating with a Hotel and Restaurant Management course, which I'm not sure of. I'm not an Atenean but I bleed Blue. I'm part of the Sixth man of the Blue and White Squad. I'm a huge fan of basketball and I'm truly madly deeply in love with Kiefer and Thirdy Ravena. I'm a Milk Tea addict and I need a dose of it at least once a week. I'm having a hard time describing myself. So for now, that's all. :) I BLOG TO EXPRESS NOT TO IMPRESS

I wish LRT would always be like this during school days. I ride in LRT line 2 though :)
In my previous blog entry, I said there that I am pretty excited to be
a Junior student. Well, I am really excited. I can’t wait to go back
to school again. It’s been two months since the last time that I saw
my friends. I badly miss them and I can’t wait to see them again.
There’s still two more weeks left before I can see them again. This is
not the only reason why I’m excited to go back to school. What I’m
really excited about is my subjects. My subjects this term are very
interesting. Eversince I was a Freshie, I’ve been waiting for this
year to come my way. If you’re all wondering what are the subjects
that I’m interested to take this term, well here it is:
¤ Bar Management - This is the most interesting subject in my
course. This is my much awaited subject. I’m really really really
excited to take this. This subject is all about bar, well the name
says it all. In this subject, I will learn all the things that I need
to learn about a bar - How to manage it, the things that I will see in
the bar such as the different glasses that are being used in the bar
industry. And I will also learn how to flair and how to mix different
alcohols. It’s interesting, isn’t it? I will surely do my best to ace
this subject :)
¤ Asian Cuisine - From the name itself, this subject tackes all
the food that are related to the Asian countries. I can say that this
subject is an expensive one. Why? Well we will be the one who will
operate our school café. The capital money will be ours and the profit
that we will earn will go to the school. Some sort of donation. Haha!

¤ Banquets & Catering - Another expensive subject! Just like in
Asian Cuisine, we will operate the school café. At the end of the
term, we will be required to cater at least on event. I think it’s not
hard to look for the event to cater, ‘cause there are a lot of events
in our school. But I heard, the Professor in this subject gives a low
grade. Aww. I hope she’ll give me a fair grade. I mean, not high nor
low. Just the grade that I deserved.
¤ Tourism - Honestly, I don’t exactly know what will be the main
scope of this subject. But as far as I know, it deals with the Tourism
industry. I really love my previous Tourism subjects. This is the most
chill subject ever. No pressure and all.
These are only some of my subjects this term. I didn’t include my
other subjects because I’m not interested with it. Haha! I think I
have 3 more subjects. 2 minors and 1 major. I gotta do my very best to
ace this term. Goodluck to me! :)
I woke up at exactly 8 in the morning to watch American Idol’s finale.
My timeline on Twitter was full of tweets about the finale of American
Idol. I’m a Filipina so most of the people that I follow are Filipino
also and these people are rooting for Jessica Sanchez. Well, I want
Jessica Sanchez to win but I also want Philip Phillips to win. After
the finale, I read all the tweets in my timeline and I can say most of
them were bitter. I wonder why these people can’t just accept the fact
that Philip Phillips won and Jessica Sanchez didn’t. I admit, Jessica
is such an amazing singer. She can reach high notes, even as high as
Eiffel Tower. But can’t we all just be happy that she got the first
place? I mean, there were millions who auditioned in American Idol yet
she got the first place. It’s a pretty big achievement.
David Cook, Kris Allen, Lee DeWyze and Scotty McCreery are the winners
of American Idol for in the past 4 years. Their common denominator is
they are all white guys with a guitar. I can’t blame people who think
that Philip won because it’s trend. I have nothing against these guys
including Philip Phillips. For me, they are all deserving to be the
American Idol.
People say it was racist that Philip Phillips won but isn’t it even
more racist that they call him “White guy with a guitar”? American
Idol is not a race competition, it’s a singing contest. And Philip
Phillips have what it takes to be the American Idol. He has a name, so
don’t call him “White guy with a guitar”. Let’s just all be happy for
Philip.
Congratulations Philip Phillips!! Well deserved! :)
PS. Jessica, you did a great job, too! I’m really proud of you. Thank
you for representing Philippines in the American Idol. This is not the
end of the road for you. You’re still young and there’s still a lot
more of opportunities waiting for you. You still have long way to go!

1. They like their own Facebook status - Like duh, you don’t have to like your own Facebook status, let other people like your status. 2. They post a photo with a caption, “I’m ugly in this pictue” - If you think you’re ugly in that picture you wouldn’t post it in the first place. Hello?! 3. They use a duck face photo as their display picture - You really think it’s cute? Well, it’s annoying! 4. You’re already crying, hurt etc. Then they will ask you, “Are you okay?” - What the hell?! Do you really think I’m okay when I’m already crying and got hurt?! 5. Couple who doesn’t know the difference between the Wall post and Chatbox - Okay, I understand you are sweet to each other, but you don’t have to post it to each other’s wall. You’re flooding my newsfeeds. Get a room! HAHA! I mean, get a chatroom. Kayo na ang may boyfriend/girlfriend. Bitter lang. 6. Mr./Ms. Know it all - I’m not stupid, okay? You don’t have to ask me a question when the answer is very simple or common sense. I also know those things. Stop acting like you are the most intelligent person in the world! 7. Someone who asks you to like their picture - Hello?! I’m going to like it, if I really do like it. You don’t have to ask me to like it. 8. You’re emoting on Facebook then someone will comment on your post, “Musta ka na?”, “May assignment ba tayo?” - Letcheflan naman oh! Panira ng page-emote! 9. Saying “Thanks for the like” to every person who likes their status/picture - I know we must be thankful because they appreciate our post/photo but it’s not necessary to thank them one by one. 10. Creating a fake account of other people - I don’t get it why people do this. Ano naman mapapala mo kung gagawan mo ng fake account ang isang tao? Wala naman diba? Tatawagin ka lang POSER. Buti sana kung kikita ka ng milyon dun, keri lang. Kaso hindi naman, sayang lang sa effort!

Okay, I’m a TVD (The Vampire Diaries) fan and I’m truly, madly, deeply
in love with Damon Salvatore. And you know what? Ian Somerhalder is
here in the Philippines! I think Ian is here because he’s the latest
endorser of a local clothing line, Penshoppe. OMG! I badly want to
meet Ian Somerhalder :’( I heard there will be a meet and greet at
ATC. If this meet and greet is true, can someone give me a free
passes? Please?
I will be the happiest girl in the world if ever I’d get the chance to
meet my crush, Ian Somerhalder.
It’s been a while since we broke up, maybe you thought I would be so devastated. You’re wrong, definitely wrong. I never regret the day we broke up. Mother. What is the first thing that comes into your mind when you hear this word? If you’re going to ask me, this would be my answer: A mother is a woman who always scolds her child and takes care of them at the same time. Yeah, mothers always scold her children whenever they do something bad/wrong. Some of us might think that our mom scolds us because she doesn’t like/love us. But you know what? We’re all when we think of this idea. Our mothers scold us because they really do love us. They don’t want us to take the wrong path. As they say, mom knows what’s best for her child. Mothers will never do anything that will harm her children. And the thing about mother is, she still accepts her children in spite of the troubles that they’ve done and she always welcomes her children in her home with wide arms open. I can say I’m one of the lucky persons in the world coz I have someone to call Mom. I admit, I always get mad at her coz she always scolds me, she keeps on controlling my life and she’s just so annoying. But everytime I think of the things that she has done for me, I can’t stay mad at her for too long and besides, she’s the reason why I exist in this beautiful world. When I was a kid, my mom gives me everything I want. She buys all those toys, shoes & clothes for me. She always sends me to a good school. Even though she was not always at home coz she was always in the office, she never fails to check us. And whenever she has time, she spends it with us - we go to the mall to shop & dine in a restaurant. As I get older, my mom becomes my friend. She always tells stories about her lovelife. Yes, I can talk to her about lovelife & kalandian. She never get mad at me whenever I talk about my crushes, she teases me instead. My mom knows who my crushes are, even Kiefer & Thirdy Ravena. HAHA! Aside from lovelife, she also gives advices to me about life and all other things. Even though she’s already old, I can still play around with her. Minsan magugulat nalang ako kikilitiin niya ako or whatsoever. And the funny thing about my mom is, I can say “Pakyu” to her & do the dirty finger. HAHA! For her it’s just a joke. My sister was the one who taught her that. We never really take it seriously. Minsan magugulat ka nalang bigla siyang magd-dirty finger sayo. Isn’t she cool? HAHA! That’s the reason why I love her. I can always be myself in front of her. I don’t have to pretend to be a good daughter coz she accepts me for who I am. I love my mom no matter how much we argue, even though she always scolds me, even though she already have those gray hairs & she already lost the elasticity of her skin. I will always love her kahit anong sakit pa ang dumapo sakanya. I will never ever forget all the things she has given and done for me. Words are not enought to say how thankful I am to have her as my mom. I love so much Mama & thank you for everything! We only have one mom and no matter how much we get mad at her, we just can’t stop loving her. If you still have your mom on your side, express your love for her, say how much you love her before it’s too late. Ma, Mom, Mommy, Nanay, Mudra, Mudrabels and whatever your child calls you, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!! :)
